Growth should strengthen East Palo Alto, protect existing residents, expand affordable housing and homeownership opportunities, and ensure development delivers real community benefits.
Safe & Strong Neighborhoods
Public safety requires trust, prevention, responsive services, and strong partnerships between residents, law enforcement, and the community.
Youth & Opportunity
Every young person should have access to education, mentorship, recreation, career pathways, and opportunities that allow them to see and build a future for themselves.
Economic Mobility
East Palo Alto residents should benefit from the region’s prosperity through local jobs, workforce development, support for small businesses, and pathways to greater economic security.
Fiscal Responsibility
City government must live within its means, protect public resources, and make responsible budget decisions that preserve essential services and strengthen East Palo Alto’s long-term financial stability.
Accountable Government
Residents deserve transparent decision making, measurable results, and leadership that listens to all, communicates clearly, and remains accountable to the community.
